The Hub will provide a counter service run by the Post Office, allowing customers of all major banks to carry out regular cash transactions. This service will be available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Additionally, the Hub will host a Community Banker service. This means that customers can speak directly with a representative from their own bank for more complex banking issues. Each day, a different bank will have a Community Banker on-site to assist with more detailed queries:
- Monday: NatWest
- Tuesday: Lloyds
- Wednesday: Halifax
- Thursday: Santander
- Friday: Barclays
