The Scottish Parliament are leading the way on addressing the injustices linked to the 1984-85 Miners Strike.

In a question to the Leader of the House of Commons, I called on the UK Government to extend the Holyrood legislation, to ensure miners in England and Wales, are able to obtain pardons for crimes many did not commit.
